This program is open to qualified high school and adult students. In addition, students must meet the following program requirements:
Pass DATC Admissions Tests in reading, language, spelling, math, and keyboarding at the program required levels of competency.*
Meet with a college counselor to enroll in the program.Attend program orientation. Orientations are available Monday and Friday from 8 a.m. -10 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. The orientation will last approximately one hour. You will be given a schedule to start the program at this time.
*In most cases, students who need assistance with these skills can be enrolled in Skill Development classes either before starting their training program or concurrently while enrolled in the program.
Note: Any misdemeanor or felony conviction on record will negatively impact chances of completing the program and obtaining employment in a health care setting. See instructor for more information. For your personal protection, all immunizations should be up to date.
