Event and Marketing Request Form Guidelines

Please complete the appropriate form to initiate a request. Our forms are not a replacement for face-to-face conversations about how to meet your communication and marketing goals. Instead, they are a starting point to help us to better understand your needs, and work requested items into our production schedule. You may want to schedule a project initiation meeting with the Marketing Director, to discuss the scope and expectations of significant projects before or after submitting your marketing request.

After you submit your form, a director must approve the request before production begins. Be prepared to provide any additional information needed to a Marketing team member so they may begin working on your request. They will confirm with you the final schedule for project completion.

Note: Work on your request begins after we have received director approval, all pertinent information and relevant materials, proposed marketing copy and event logistic information. Final timelines will be based on the following criteria:

  1. Review and approval of request.
  2. Final content and deliverable deadline.
  3. Competing priorities within Marketing.
