Climb Out of the Darkness sheds light on postpartum depression, anxiety, psychosis and pregnancy depression by inviting people all around the world to participate in climbs on the longest day of the year.

Nationally, 1 in 7 women experience a maternal mental illness.

In 2014, there were more than 100 Climbs in 8 different countries and moms raised more than $167,000 for Postpartum Progress.
